Koh Talu Island Resort offers authentic beach villas, scenic white sand beaches, clear waters, corals and abundance of nature. It’s perfect for snorkeling, diving, kayaking and simply unwinding on the beach. Eco-tourism is a high priority and alongside the turtle conservation, there has been a continuous initiative to plant corals. In fact, since 1997, more than 40,000 new corals have been planted!
Koh Talu island is situated off Bang Saphan, in Prachuap Khiri Khan. It currently takes about two hours driving from Hua Hin, or five hours from Bangkok, and a 20 minute private speed boat ride to Koh Talu Island Resort.

In the cockpit, pilots’ eyes are on the outside and the so-called ‘instruments’. The instruments provide information to pilots that is important to conduct and monitor a flight, such as the speed, altitude and engine performance. In various stages of flight pilots have different amounts of workload and sometimes it can be overwhelming without proper management and prioritisation. As the technology advances, newer and better kinds of inventions are introduced to the industry. While some decades ago we’d have only analog instruments, now more modern technology can help to enhance a better, safer and more effective working environment. The Garmin G1000 is such an example.
In our Cessna Grand Caravan EX, we will be using this tool as it is the most effective, containing an unprecedented amount of information at the pilots’ fingertips. Apart from the wider range of information such as maps, the layout of the required instruments are arranged for easier interpretation.
