Worakanya Siripidej is an accomplished CEO, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and driving us forward. With over three years of experience at Siam Seaplane, she has successfully brought together various government agencies, partners, and stakeholders to begin to establish seaplane regulations and operations in Thailand. Ms. Siripidej is skilled in overseeing the company’s direction, implementing changes, and achieving desired results while managing a diverse team in a startup environment.
Her ability to build meaningful relationships with teams, partners, and stakeholders has been instrumental in fostering collaboration and achieving great outcomes. Ms. Siripidej excels in defining mission and vision statements, ensuring their implementation through effective strategies, and guiding the team towards meeting objectives.
In addition to her role at Siam Seaplane, Ms. Siripidej has made significant contributions to various organizations. As a Project Consultant at the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), she has provided mentoring programs on consumer insights and empathy, contributing to the development of a sustainable society based on innovation.
Furthermore, as a Leadership Development Consultant at Indorama Ventures, she has coached young leaders in management, designed VP mentoring programs, and focused on enhancing their strengths and capabilities for driving the company towards its vision of becoming a world-class sustainable chemical company.
Ms. Siripidej holds a part-time lecturer position at Sripatum University, Mae Fah Luang University, and Thammasat University, where she shares her expertise in business, interpersonal skills, and design thinking. We are lucky to have her at the top of our organization.
