Now that Siam Seaplane has successfully obtained its Air Operating License (AOL), the company is now actively in the application process for the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) as well as Water Landing Sites regulation. This means meeting the necessary regulations for flying in general, and taking off and landing on water, while continuing to collaboratively work with the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT), ensuring that every aspect of Siam Seaplane’s operations adheres to the highest safety and quality standards.

The realization of this remarkable experience is now within sight, and we cannot wait to share it with you once approvals from CAAT and all relevant Government Authorities are obtained. Besides the CAAT, the company has been closely collaborating with several provincial administrations (governors and provincial administration leaders), the Marine Department, National Parks Department, Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Royal Thai Navy, and others, and has garnered wide ranging support.
